CITY-32 IS IN CHAOS.

SURROUNDED AND SOON TO BE ENGULFED BY THE PISA HURRICANE, ROMANS ACROSS THE CITY ARE RIOTING IN LARGE SCALE ATTACKS AGAINST MEMBERS OF CIVIL PROTECTION.

HAMMER 4-4, LED BY CAPTAIN KING-44, HAS CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE FROM GARRISON TRAUMA 3-3, A CALL THAT HAS BEEN OBLIGED BY THE MINISTRY OF CIVIL PROTECTION.

TAKE ARMS, OFFICERS. THE MADNESS MUST BE QUELLED BEFORE OVERWATCH DECLARES CITY-32 FOR TOTAL RENDITION.

OBJECTIVES:
PRIORITY 1: DETAIN AND SECURE ANTICITIZEN-32-1, 'GALVIN LOCKHEART'
PRIORITY 2: DETAIN AND SECURE ANTICITIZEN-32-2, 'ORIGAMI' - CAPTURE OPTIONAL
PRIORITY 3: BRING ORDER TO THE CHAOS

This event will consist of a mixture of S2RP Combat, S2K Combat, and story-driven choices that may effect the storyline of "CATACLYSM".

This event will use a Life System which encompasses the following rules:
All Ground, Command, and Rank Leaders will have THREE LIVES.
First Death will hold no consequences.
Second Death will hold minor injuries (decided after event).
Third Death will hold major injuries (decided after event).
Four or more deaths will incur a death roll (20+, medical) with an additional 5 with each death.​

Successful completion of this Expedition will end the Insurgent Event "ROME RIOTS!"
