Even if you didn’t integrate speech to A.I, in general NPCs with A.I dialogue, shops, and doing other tasks or filling other roles would be a nice touch to the sever. Given the fact that there isn’t much to do on it besides be a rebel or an oppressive CP.- Cavity

The only way to survive in the current setting is by staying far the fuck away from the surface and away from Civil Protection. Just simply because of how predatory they are. Hence why you see 10 civilians on the surface when you have 70 players active on the server.
