pfffft, it's not the CP's being "concentration camp guards" that's the problem (they're not even close), it's the fact that CP's are just... bad. CP's have an abundance of resources, a lack of very tight structure and seemingly are given a little too much autonomy in interactions with citizens...- Chekist
