Because from the looks of it none of what you have subscribed to is enabled. The francs for example are not loading the skin, so it's either your addons are disabled or something else not related to the server is blocking them on your end. Fixed Farming not giving seeds at all
The seed chance is a config, meaning it's whatever percentage of successful seed return an admin sets it to. Not something hard-coded, you should talk about that with @Robert so they decide what the percentage should be set to, and then someone has to adjust it in-game EDIT: The code is not yet... -

Hey fren! The plant disappearing is intentional. Crops are one-and-done: harvesting consumes the plant, and getting the seed back is a random roll on each harvest, set by a config (@Robert can confirm). As for the pears, you were actually right. I went through this bug today and fixed several... -
