What we've delivered
Housing Reform
As part of a popular, multi-party legislative initiative, we joined others in introducing comprehensive legislation to officially segregate Biotic and Human housing zones, establishing a Biotic exclusionary zone that better meets their psychological demands.
Electoral Reform
Under our initiative, we proudly sponsored landmark legislation that successfully waived the monetary credit fee for voting eligibility by default, allowing broader civic participation and incentivizing voter attendance.
Plan for Change
Social Investment
Invest in those who deserve it and are seeking to contribute to our District's productivity. Citizens who contribute to the District, whether as a Collaborator or labourer, will be duly rewarded for their ethics.
Providing Opportunities
Provide labour and business opportunities to citizens to successfully integrate into the workforce. Through our initiatives, citizens will be able to find productive, streamlined employment regardless of status or tier.
Labour People
Horatio Kingsley was born to an English father and a Scottish mother. Raised in Luton. He grew up in a working-class family with his mother as a stay-at-home wife and his father as a railway worker. At secondary school and sixth form, he was an excellent student studying humanities and ascended into the London School of Economics, studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
Whilst at university, he began to associate with the Young Labour wing of the Labour Party. Politically engaged, he has remained class-conscious, seeking to drive down wealth inequality. After the UN-backed peace accords with the Combine. Horatio was a founding member of the new Labour Co-Operative in City Two.
After being drawn towards City Thirteen as part of the relocation plans taking place. He imported the ideology of the Labour Party. Experiencing a degree of success within City Thirteen and developed some relevance. Horatio remains a newly elected Councillor of District Seven.
In 2008, Tim Keyes was elected as a Councillor for District 7 of City 13. Mr. Keyes has served in several roles encompassing finance, security, economic development, and municipal policy and initiatives for the betterment of City 13. Most notably, prior to his election, he was responsible for drafting key policy and legislative proposals to support economic, political, and public health reform.
Mr. Keyes began his career as a public servant as a clerk in a fiscal department, assisting with budgets and advising appropriate usage of funds. Previously, Tim held a position in the Union Civil Bureau as a Financial Adjustor and Economic Advisor.
He dedicated hours on end going through forms and files to ensure the budget of the district was being allocated as decreed, and combated embezzlement so that no municipal forums would be without the assets needed to better serve the interest of the public and the city.
Tim, after his election, has pledged to continue in his fight against embezzlement and trivialization of law and policy.
Youssef Sayagh is a Muslim-born Lebanese Arab elected to serve as Councillor for District 7 of City 13. Born in Nabatiye on July 12th, 1960 to a Shiite household, Youssef Sayagh began his political career in 1992, when he was elected to the Lebanese Chamber of Deputies. He served two terms as deputy before resigning during his second term following the U.N-backed Peace Accords with the Combine.
Following the Peace Accords, Mr. Sayagh was relocated to City 13 along with other Lebanese refugees. Returning to the political scene in 2006 and joining the progressive Islamist Green Party, Mr. Sayagh began his administrative career as secretary to former Councillor Al-Najjar before succeeding Mr. Al-Najjar as Councillor of District 7 following Mr. Al-Najjar’s death in 2007.
As Councillor, Mr. Sayagh committed himself to preserving religious freedoms and representing City 13’s Muslim diaspora. In mid-2007, he joined the Harmony Coalition, caucusing with the Combine Labour Co-operative before, in late 2007, joining the Combine Labour Co-operative following a successful party merger, bringing his Muslim constituents with him.
In 2008, Mr. Sayagh was re-elected Councillor for District 7 as part of the Combine Labour Co-operative ticket. As Councillor, Mr. Sayagh has pledged to strengthen social policies, preserve religious freedoms, and represent his Muslim and non-Muslim constituents.
