I’ve been involved with CWU on and off since I first joined, and during that time I’ve held management roles that gave me a solid understanding of how the faction operates. I know what it takes to keep things running smoothly while also keeping people engaged. One thing, I prioritize is making workshifts enjoyable and unique not just something people grind through to get done. A good foreman sets the tone, and I aim to create an environment where people actually want to show up and contribute. With V3 launching, I plan to be pretty active and fully invested. I want to help build a strong group of foremen who can lead CWU in a positive direction, and I’m confident I can be one of those leaders.
