Remove coloured names:

Don't have Coloured names for anything other than on duty staff characters. That way we don't have people getting special treatment just based on what colour their "Unknown" Text says, you should learn what a character is from interacting with them, the clothes and descriptions they have. Not from them having an orange or purple name.

remove the scoreboard entirely. it's largely an innocent feature but it's been abused when it comes to our beloved metagaming (checking if a certain faction member is online, someone you've f3'ed is online, etc) and it's lame

We have /checkcrime and /checkpetty for a reason, we also removed CivPro from the scoreboard. It's time to get rid of the scoreboard. People in the same group script can already see when the members are online, so realistically the scoreboard serves nothing except metagaming.
