I don't care that someone opened a container or that someone is examining a person's condition. It's a bit ridiculous to have random, non roleplay actions appearing - especially if you're mid roleplay.

There is a setting to get rid of this, but for some reason a lot of the newly added ones don't seem to come under it (Coughing, and examining players)
