Per the title, do not have players use /skillroll against one another in S2RP, and save it for GM overseen PVE activities or events. No, it isn’t fair or “RPG” to have a +50 modifier against someone doing any particular action.

Oh, I’m entering S2RP? Let me quickly tab -> skills to see which of my skills I should use to guarantee a win…

It’s dumb and silly. If you are going to use a skill check, use whatever ATTRIBUTE it relies on. Speed relies on Agility as its major boost, Guns relies on Strength as its major boost, etc.

+50 on any roll isn’t RPG and it’s just doodooass of an idea.

I feel like this can be solved like it always has: object if you disagree with the other player and if you can't come to a resolution, call a GM.

A.) Willard players and their known ability to compromise and work with others

B.) Willard GMs and their well-regarded status for swift and immediate response times

I rest my case

Noting that we will be removing majority of buffs and skillroll stuff.

Eventually we will be reverting to pure attribute related rolls which at best will only provide minor boosts to rolls based on X attribute rather than literally game changing roll boosts.

No one should be minmaxing in rp

We need a proper guide on rolls, too.

I hate the winner-takes-all mindset when it comes to generic/stat rolls, where one party rolls 17 and the other rolls 18-19, and we're just supposed to treat that as a complete and total win.
