Denied melodicwastes character authorization application

[melodicwaste]

Steam Name/ID: STEAM_1:1:508587632.
How many characters do you have? 1.
What do you want authorization for?: French language flags.
Character(s) you're requesting authorization for: Sugiyama Hideyoshi

How beneficial to your own RP and the servers is your authorization?:
It'd allow me to 'speak' and understand French.

Pros of your authorization: The ability to understand French.
Cons of your authorization: An imbalance of being able to understand Japanese and French, aswell as English(?)

Write an explanation of how your character obtains this authorization:
He would've been in France for quite some time now, as he was relocated to City 13 after the Seven Hour War after assimilating into the Greater Culture, and becoming a police officer. He would've used his rewards/perks (if they're even called that) from his lengthy duties to purchase studies on the language of France, relating to his previous education of another romance language, English back when he was a child.

It would not be 100% perfect, and he'd only be able to speak a few sentences of it, but he'd be able to understand it.

Hello melodicwaste,

Thank you for your interest in applying; however, we will be denying this application. We are trying to avoid the amount of characters that speak multiple languages through applications when there is an in-character way of learning new languages.
