OMEGA: Minge? Baiter? Or Just a Bad Roleplayer?

these r becoming more and more unfunny

KAMIL IS SO UNFUNNY IT'S BECOMING IMPRESSIVE

I genuinely need somebody to explain Kamil to me.

Not because I don't understand what he's doing.

I understand perfectly.

That's the problem.

He keeps trying to be funny.

And then the joke happens.

And then everyone just sits there.

And you can practically hear the fluorescent lights in City 13, District 7 buzzing.

Kamil will say something like:

“these r becoming more and more unfunny”

And apparently we're all supposed to collapse.

Absolutely devastating comedy.

Pack it up, District 7.

The funny has arrived.

I've seen Combine propaganda with more comedic timing.

A ration announcement has more personality.

A locked Nexus door has more entertainment value.

At least the door doesn't spend five minutes setting up a joke and then deliver the punchline like it's reading a hostage statement.

And the worst part is the confidence.

Kamil doesn't tell jokes.

Kamil announces that something was funny.

There is a difference.

He'll say something completely ordinary and then wait.

Just wait.

Like the laughter is supposed to load.

Like the server needs to restart.

Like everybody's microphone is malfunctioning.

And when nobody laughs:

"these r becoming more and more unfunny”

No.

We understood it.

That's why nobody laughed.

I've genuinely seen Kamil make a joke, receive absolutely no reaction, and then explain the joke.

This is an incredible strategy.

The first joke didn't work.

So naturally, he adds a second joke by explaining the first joke.

Then, when that doesn't work, he explains the explanation.

At this point we're not doing comedy anymore.

We're doing forensic reconstruction.

And apparently Kamil's defense is that people in District 7 “don't get his humor.”

Of course.

It's everyone else's fault.

A timeless classic.

Every comedian dreams of reaching the stage where nobody laughs and they can simply declare the audience intellectually inferior.

Truly the pinnacle of artistic achievement.

Someone should tell Kamil that being intentionally unfunny is only funny when you're actually being funny.

Otherwise you're just unfunny with an alibi.

But I'm sure he'll explain why that's actually the joke.

Naturally.

The funniest thing Kamil has ever done was probably accidentally be quiet for thirty seconds.

That was genuinely hilarious.

Historic moment.

City 13 briefly experienced peace.

CPs lowered their weapons.

Citizens stopped arguing.

The Nexus became tranquil.

Birds probably returned to the district.

And then Kamil spoke again.

Peace was cancelled.

I don't even dislike Kamil.

That would require me to care enough.

I'm simply documenting a cultural phenomenon.

Kamil attempting humor.

Researchers should study it.

Anthropologists should preserve it.

Future generations need to know what happens when somebody discovers sarcasm and immediately decides they have mastered comedy.

And yes, Kamil is apparently “sad.”

Not sad in the tragic, meaningful, literary sense.

Just sad in the sense that you watch him attempt a joke for the fourth consecutive time and start wondering if somebody should gently escort him away from the keyboard.

Not because he's dangerous.

Because this is becoming difficult for everyone involved.

Anyway, Kamil:

Keep going.

Please.

Seriously.

Every time you attempt another joke, District 7 gets a little funnier.

Not because of the joke.

Because of how spectacularly badly it went.

That's your real comedic talent.

You're not the comedian.

You're the punchline.

Look—I am going to—with the absolute maximum degree of painstaking, agonizing, almost unbearable detail—lay this out for you—because if I do not spell it out in terms so painfully explicit that a sleep-deprived toddler could follow along—I genuinely fear the core concept will bounce right off that dense, impenetrable sphere sitting atop your shoulders—a sphere that, frankly, seems entirely devoid of any recognizable brain activity.

Calling these "unfunny"—as if you are somehow the anointed, high-minded arbiter of global comedic excellence—does not make you a refined connoisseur of humor with an elevated, sophisticated sensibility—not in the slightest. You’re not just a bad judge of comedy—you’re a walking, talking blackout curtain for joy itself! It merely exposes—in excruciating, glaring, unassailable detail—the utterly tragic reality that your sense of humor possesses all the structural complexity, depth, and flavor of a single, deeply soggy saltine cracker left out in the pouring rain. You’re not just missing the point—you’re actively building a fortress miles away from it! You are standing in front of a sprawling monument of modern absurdity—arms stubbornly crossed, mouth agape, brain idling on standby—expecting the joke to literally sprint across the finish line, tap you gently on the shoulder, and explain itself in monosyllabic words so simple that even you—a person currently operating at an intellectual level barely distinguishable from a sunbaked lawn ornament—might finally manage to grasp it. You’re not just slow to the punchline—you’re practically running in reverse!

Newsflash—you absolute, bloody, monumental imbecile fool—comedy does not owe you a red carpet rollout—nor should it ever have to cater to someone whose cognitive processing speed closely resembles a dial-up modem struggling through a severe thunderstorm! You’re not just out of the loop—you’re completely marooned on a deserted island of your own making! The simple fact that the entire joke—the entire subtle, glorious, multi-layered architecture of the punchline—went thirty feet directly over your head—without so much as brushing against a single, lonely, overworked brain cell on its way past—is not—I repeat, absolutely not—a failure of the material itself. You’re not just dense—you’re neutron-star heavy! No—it is a breathtaking, utterly damning indictment of your own staggering, unparalleled, almost impressive intellectual laziness—an absolute masterclass in missing the point entirely because your mind is desperately trying to navigate high-level nonsense using a single—and severely fatigued—neuron. You’re not just unamused—you’re a human black hole where humor goes to die!

So—before you parade around acting like the world’s foremost authority on what is and is not hilarious—take a long—and I mean extraordinarily long—hard look in the mirror! You’re not just mistaken—you’re profoundly, spectacularly, astronomically wrong! The problem is not—and has never been—that these are getting "unfunny"—no, the actual, undeniable truth of the matter is that you are not just a fool—you are the undisputed crown prince of idiocy—a complete, total, irredeemable fool—a sheer disaster of a person—who would not recognize brilliant, top-tier humor if it literally soared out of the heavens and smacked you—hard, square, and completely deservedly—right across your oblivious face!

Kamil shut the up and let people enjoy things for once. Nobody is forcing you to find it funny, nobody is forcing you to read it, and nobody asked you to come in here and announce that the bit has officially failed because you personally stopped laughing. You saw people having fun and apparently took that as a direct challenge to your authority.

And honestly, this is getting so obnoxious that I’m starting to think ItsLiam maybe had a point about some of you. I cannot believe you’ve managed to piss me off badly enough to make me type that sentence. Congratulations! Just scroll past the thread instead of acting like me continuing to have fun is somehow an attack on you.

So the countless people played,

and though some were weary;

furthmore some people raged,

and even more were dreary.

For emotions strong, and running true

bleed through those many eyes,

and all would find a day to rue;

on which a character dies.

The self is ever present thus;

for loyalists and their rebels,

and all it takes is loss of trust

to ensure the hatred trebles.

Yet only when the rage is lost;

time's grip, the peak, shall fost.

For it was always and ever present.
