Bug Uncraftable Adhesive

[Dej]

Bug?
Homemade Adhesive cannot be crafted.

What happened?
Homemade Adhesive recipe under the crafting menu cannot be crafted under any circumstances. All attempts by myself and another player, along with Badger and Rabithunter has failed due to the function constantly feeding back "YOU DO NOT HAVE THE SKILL TO DO THIS".

Probable Cause?
A phantom skill check that doesn't exist. (Refer to recipe image "REQUIRES UNLOCK IN THE SKILL TREE")
Recipe does not specify skill which skill is required.
Consequently, no skills in the skill tree currently exists that references to the recipe.

Proposed Solution?
Skill tree is being removed anyway, so remove the skill check.
Love muh crafting skillz.

Edit: I am aware there is an alternative recipe in the medicine menu, but its better to bring broken things to attention than just leaving them there.
