Right African-Swedish guy that visited and talked few times to Ophelie in The Pint. He talked to her about City 8, working in CWU and generally discussed the topic of her gaining Tier 4 [Telling her to try and see if she gets accepted]. They had first met at the campfire in the Slums [V3 I think?]

I think Ophelie had enough of interactions with Damarco Hikins in the past to perhaps mention a word or two about them.

But for real this event was really fun, gotten to play as co-leader and doctor at the same time! I was hoping we would be in Ravenholm but those maps had their share of problems, but Lost Coast is cool map too. You did good job @Hayden
