The staff have lots of miscommunications and even though the player had a 3 word description and DISCONNECTED mid situation, reconnected, tried to run again, we were the ones threatened with a ban and he was let leave the situation. Kek.

+1 good player As Dante said IC should be kept IC and handled as such, which is something this staff team struggles with, as they intruded with our IC roleplay and removed a player from a legitimate scenario, so I can see why the same situation could happen to Rico.

TBC against NPCs sounds like ass all NPCs should be S2K with at the maximum some form of S2RP for like looting them or attacking them and shit

I was kind of in shock I even pulled that first one off, honestly, so I did get careless and fuck around a bit. Didn’t expect this result now, and in hindsight I wouldn’t have even fell over and pushed the guy.

There’s always an argument to be made, however I said this, fell over once, no one grabbed me, then I waited a bit before falling over. I want to emphasize the timeline is distorted and lots of things are left out.

I appealed my ban with the Community Management, under the pretenses that launch hadn't happened. I think it is unfair how he got banned for saying that in OOC, and I feel he could have solved that by asking community management and appealing to them personally like I did.
