Okay so this has already been an issue raised partly in the Line-3 PK Appeal before it, but seriously, what are staff doing about this guy? He never speaks, writes garbage /mes about occasionally hitting buttons and attacking, almost all his kills seem to be prop kills using some absolutely bs...

I've heard rumors he never talks, and only does occasional /mes. Has anyone let him know there's no voice chat in game?
