while i'd normally agree on a speechcraft / luck system, i worry that people will default to using rolls to try and convince people instead of trying to dynamically convince someone of something oocly. plus being 'forced' to take someone at their word because of a good roll might be odd

a carryover from nebulous- they had key fob items that were bound to vehicles that let you spawn them. worked for stuff like apcs, prisoner transports, other lmv vehicles for the cwu, so on. abusable, but there can be rules put up for them
