Difference is, this is a complete revamp; while this could easily just be fixed with a perk system upon character creation, or even just a tick in which skill you want boosted when you join.

Just because it's labelled the CA Room, why do we need to use it for one specific CA character? The CCA is a very large faction; could be used for BOE, BOI, CCA..- list goes on.
