OTA is not a roleplay faction. They are event characters, if someone wants to RP as a Combine character they should play a cop, not OTA. OTA are supposed to be robots.

This actually explains everything. OTA players chose themselves to not flag on for guard duty, while they immediately flagged on for the counter-sweep. So this is not a problem on how "Liberators have CP/OTA chars they shouldn!t!!1 its conflict of interest" rather that other OTA players not...
