This rule is iffy. I'm pretty sure it's worded weirdly with how Reece put it. The "or" is there for a reason. You can either kill them by taking them out of medical reach, so that they bleed out, or by roleplaying an execution.

My conclusion to this whole situation is that I believe things could have gone better, and I believe the PK was acted on too quickly. Bad faith was (possibly) present on both sides here, and I personally noticed it even more on the opposing force. I can't say much on that, as it's the attackers...

There's no admission here at all, I'll defend him on that. He never said he was giving zero chance. Bad faith (allegedly) came from two sides, and I think that this went sloppy. Reece had claimed in the appeal that it was more than acceptable RP with the PK. The /me didn't seem rushed to me...
