If you have a random intern who proceeds to delete data as he pleases, that is a far bigger issue than having no medical data left. Anotherthing about this is that you cannot delete ''all'' data because how many patient's names and CIDs can you keep in mind? 5? 10? 20?It would be in the realms...

This is a small fix for a basic issue, we are able to edit notes on our computers, why not the medical records? It is annoying to write out a full report and realising a typo or a missing information when you hit the submit button, also as the situation of some patients are dynamic and ambiguous...
