i think oocly they are meant to be a more roleplay oriented faction (unlike OTA)

imo conscripts are just free meat to kill rebels or whatever

honestly this is a good reason why it should be accepted it'd be pretty wacky to have katanas, in a good way and stuff

machete from the NMRiH is the closest thing if willard even uses it

(or you could make them from materials you find, but katanas would certainly be shittier than the legit kind)

could always bring back the dead drops except theyre more limited right now (low tier stuff, materials meds weapons whatever)

*you* have a really big group just because you have 300 pipeguns doesnt mean every rebel group is the same exact copy of yours

i also think that expeditions right now should focus on melee(or less equipped) players rather than kitted out big dick rebels why? melee's are cool unlike guns plus it sort of keeps the rebel economy equal or whatevs

few weeks by that time we might have average rebels using full gear (full gear as in anything thats halfass good and craftable)

One thing I'm against in your suggestion is BMD's It's not a very good idea id just stick to events and such as a way of getting "starter" gear

player made groups? i assume they need time or something idk

i think that staff or whoever does events could start doing expeditions for newer rebels (ones with shit equipment or without anything)
