Exactly they're pretty much starter weapons, a popper which does more damage can be crafted with less things, no blueprint and at a very very low level

They're pretty costly to make and require crafting level 50, it's not like any joe slummer can spam craft pistols

Alright I'm going to make it short, what is the point of having craftable modern weapons (Pistols) in the menu but you require to make a character authorization to get a blueprint to craft them?
