I may have said this earlier on but I always favor more esoteric and occult (and alien) themes as that's the only thing separating "HL2RP" from "1984RP". I'm one of the Vortigaunt Faction Leads if you wanted any further proof of this statement.

New Addendum: I've changed the shock roll failure to a sixty second stun rather then a continuous 1HP and completely crippling action (as that was far too punishing). Additionally, if there is a freed Vortigaunt helping then they can choose to take the stun themselves rather then the Biotic...

INTERREGNUM The chosen candidates for this Arbitrator election are: @Merlinsclaw - Auro Casto - GNC-Futurist Coalition @Immerseus - Laurentius Heartwick - ISO-Centrism Bloc @Laura - Amélie Amsel - DSPUU This sign up will remain open for roughly 15 more hours if anyone else wants to throw...

OK. I'm going to give it roughly 48 hours and then approve the above applications if there are no further candidates.

Applications are now open!

I have dramatically cut down on the Vortigaunt Process by removing all of the complex timers that were confusing literally everyone and also adding a Vortigaunt-Only Alternative. Your focus will now be on the Escape Plan rather then the Collar Removal Process. As stated above you cannot enact...

INTERREGNUM "The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world..." Newcastle ICly leaves the city to deal with some sector-wide assignments, leaving the city behind and the City Administration throne vacant. A new temporary caretaker position of “City Arbitrator” is...

I never ignored that act. I've just never gotten around to implementing the provisions of the act. There were discussions about it though.

The #event-logging channel on discord exists for a reason. You cannot start events such as "fire events" which are big and ultimately server wide without first logging the fact that you are doing so.

@RedHotGinger

You'll know when it happens.

No The AA is great for this event and for expeditions. You'll get to enjoy the AA for a couple of months but then this will all go back to normal at the end of their service period. Hopefully by then Atle would have finished the new version of the map so you don't all get annoyed at the map...

6/10/2021 Update Raptorian added to Biotic Roster As stated previously Biotic Applications have been closed until after the next activity check Next activity check will be at some point in the next few weeks

Hey @Atle This is actually a good suggestion. I advise looking at the soundscapes and having them not intersect the Sewers.

@Atle has already explained that the way that C24 is designed is that most of the map has this "fake feeling" as this is the center of loyalism on the planet. Thus it's designed to feel "bright" in the loyalist districts as that is its very design. A facade on-top of a infested sewers and...

This thread is getting off topic and turning into yet another debate thread about Rebel RP. On topic, as far as I know there will be improvements to the slums area (including a new mini-slum) in V3 but it will be mostly focused on addressing the problem of linearity (more connections) and...

Applications are CLOSED As its taking far too long to judge the apps and yet at the same time we seem to have a continued stream of new applicants coming in (along with having to cleanup this faction in general as there are at least a few completely inactive people) - You cannot post any...

Applications have been reopened for the position of Commissar due to @Spine leaving. I'll also likely select the third instructor when I select a New Commissar
