Step One: Make your character a Supporter (gives 105 SC) or Outcast (gives 70 SC but you get a flashlight which is worth 40 credits). NEVER choose Relocated Citizen.
Step Two: BHOP out of the train station and make your way down the street and through the tunnel. Take the steps to the right then go up. You will come upon a street with a big ass building with two horse statues outside it. Go in there and collect your first ration.
Step Three: This is the step that can be split up. From now on, depending on what character you wanna make, a corresponding L (loyalist) or R (rebel) will be next to it.
Step Four (R): Go up to a cop and provoke him. Make him wing at you and that's when you strike. Power game the shit out of them and make sure you get all their scripts. BHOP to the sewers to avoid punishment from CPs.
Step Four (L): Go up to a cop and ask him nicely to let you suck their toes clean. They might say no but do it anyway. They will give you 1 SC every time you do it. Do it a million times and you should become tier-6 in no time. That's the end of loyalists.
Step Five (R): Call your friends on discord to join the server and make a cult following. Mug every single bastard that runs into your turf and then tackle a CP when there are only one CP online.
Step Six (R): Suitcase bomb the ration center.
Step Seven (R): Anti-citizen one.
Step Eight (R): Create an active shooting on Victory. Wipe as many citizens out as you can before OTA catch up to you.
Step Nine (R): Sit the sewers for three years and gatekeep RP.
Step Ten (R): Complain that the admins are biased against you.
Step Eleven (R): Get banned for your constant "disrespect".
Step Twelve (R): Create an alt and refer back to Step One.
