Character Transfer from old Short Stories event

At the end of the White Noise event, my character, Polina Aksyonova, was one of the few who managed to survive to the end.
I am wondering, since Ilya Zima was able to appear on the main server after the Long Haul events, is there a chance that the same thing could happen to my Polina as well? Even though White Noise happened many months ago.
She could make an return on the main server and I could continue her story from where I left off back in White Noise.

What happened to her at the end of the event?
Did she get escorted away from the facility?

If so, then yes, you can bring them onto the main server
