Containment Centre 5 is located at 41.3915° N, 73.9560° W.
It is the west-most-point on the Hudson River.
The general populace would have little information on the whereabouts of this infamous location.

<: Discovery :>
During Operation Uphill in 2005, Charlie Company of the Conscripted Forces was tasked with taking key locations for the construction of City One. They were routed up the Hudson River and told to determine key locations for defensive positions, key locations, and other important areas. After approximately 48 miles of travel up the river, Charlie Company took location [REDACTED] which was determined to be an old nuclear power plant.
Charlie Company’s CRU teams determined that the plant had been in a hazardous condition and was highly radioactive. Surprisingly, no XEN wildlife or flora was in the area surrounding the power plant and inside. After establishing a perimeter around [REDACTED], Charlie Company sent two teams (Alpha and Bravo) to secure a broadcasting signal located a few miles north. After traveling north, teams discovered an old military establishment abandoned by previous occupating forces. The teams quickly swept the establishment and determined the signal location. The signal was turned off and Charlie Communication was informed of the location. This location was used as a base of operations of Charlie Company until the end of Operation Uphill.

Little is known about the Containment Centre.
Only the highest of ranking really understand the true intentions of the establishment.
Rumors spread about the continued kidnapped residents of City One; some state that the CC5 is a place where they send people to become the unknown, some state that they conduct crazy experiments there, others state that it is just a fake and used to scare people. What is true is the establishment of Victor Company of the Conscripted Forces.

Victor Company is an unknown group in the Conscripted Forces.
Even most of the ground troops in the Forces don’t know about them, with only the highest of ranking officers understanding them. What is known is that when you join Victor Company it shouldn’t be considered an honor, rather a death sentence.
Victor Company is known to have troops with criminal records and incompetent troops who are more of a hazard than a help.
Some troops would be extremely violent troops who were too good in combat to waste, while others are the Transhuman Rejects who found use elsewhere. What is know is Victor Company is the first to be sent to a battle, and they are known not to come back. . .

Xen Wildlife is known to inhabit the surrounding forests.
The old 9, the interstate road that travels up the river, is littered with abandoned cars and rotting bodies from victims trying to escape the madness in NYC during the War.
Newburgh, the town north of CC5, had taken a massive amount of artillery fire from Operation Uphill. The building would have collapsed and the whole town would be rubble.
The Hudson River is irradiated from [REDACTED], making it impossible to cross without succumbing to radiation poisoning.
The guards at the CC5 don’t bother to stop prisoners from escaping if they get past the walls, because they know that outside the walls is much worse than the insides.
