Minimum two paragraph backstory on the concept:




The year is 218AD.. And the Xen Invasion had begun, the so called 'Great Rapture' by the Europeans and Englishmen, Vortigaunts, bullsquids, and houndeyes, everything flooded the world.. For 4 decades hell was unleashing on the world.. Then.. From unknown means the portals stopped.. And the Vortigaunts 2 decades in stopped killing at random.. No one knows why, the only thing people know is that the gods must have forgiven them, but giving a long lasting consequence as a result. The Aliens.



EUROPE
The Roman Empire had.. Suffered it the worse. Losing lands in Gallia(France), Britannia, and Dacia(Lower Romania). However, the Roman Empire was able to hold its own well in terms of.. Well keeping its land. Its stability however, not so much. In Sicilia a on going revolt of fanatic religious people who believe the 'Vutianga'(Vortigaunt) are their true god, and will rule the Roman Empire. In Germania, the Bullsquid run wild, dominating the land. Gallia was common for its large amount of Boids and Infestation. Italia was oddly common for its Alien Grunts or 'Brutes' as the Romans call them. The Alps were extremely common for their Panthereyes and Vort Tribes, any Humans dare not go there unless its a good reason.

ASIA
The Han Empire was instantly taken over by Xenian Creatures. Reducing its land by around 30%.. However, after 2 decades the Alien Grunts decided that they would rule Asia.. Installing both a new government, and system. All Humans were enslaved in force labor, and lack of food.. In 249 AD a Man named 'Wua Ling' armed the working populous convincing a large sum of people to join a revolt against the rulers.. Thus begun what would be the '200 Year War'. Vortigaunts and Humans alike joined forces against the large sum of Alien Grunts and those Loyal to them. Mongolia, Korea, and South East Asia shared a identical fate as their brothers and sisters.. As for Japan? They were not as affected as they should have been. Mainly Xenian Wild life and Vortigaunts. The Vortigaunts and Japanese learned to Co Exist rather quickly..​

AFRICA
Africa was hit like a bowling ball.. Countless Xenian and Race-X species were summoned here.. Especially.. The Gonarchs, and Antlions. For whatever reason, the Gonarchs have made Africa its hotspot for existing.. Some even being spotted in 300 AD migrating to Africa through the Mid East.. Making Central and Eastern Africa a Headcrab paradise. This gave the Tribal people and the Vortigaunts a hostile landscape.. As for the Antlions, they mainly existed in the Sahara desert.. But there is rumor of one giant hive in Ethopia, with a bountiful amount of Extract told by the Vortigaunts. Madagascar was.. Oddly enough, filled with a lot of Chumtoads.​

This event will be set in 683 AD, 200 years after the official collapse of the Roman Empire. This event will be set near the Italian Border in France. Meaning most cultures must come from them.

This event is purely for fun and RP, the only 'goal' there is, is to see how the Humans and Vortigaunt and Race-X Species Co-Exist, or Kill eachother. This event will be purely player free with some GMING.

The overall idea of a medieval event is an intriguing idea, however we feel as if this would be more ideally hosted by a short-stories team member. So, technically the overall concept is Accepted
