2285. In the year of Our Lord. The New California Republic celebrates their second near decisive victory over the Hoover Dam through a vicious campaign into the heart of the Legion territories, their soldiery forces sweeping through - the Legion horde pushed back to their Capital at Flagstaff.

Many have attributed the NCR victory at the Dam to a number of the groups who took the Republic’s side, be they the Boomers, the Brotherhood, and so on. But, truthfully, no greater thanks is owed to any but the now Mojave Legend, the ‘Courier Six’. Through him was the victory possible, having personally served as diplomat, and killer of Caesar, hisself even having convinced Lanius’ retreat from the Dam.

But, the time of hero’s has passed, the West Coast is especially popular with them. The years since the victory came and went, and now, the NCR, fighting a slow war for the Legion Capital, have made efforts to resettle and civilize the former Tribal land, and even stabilize back home.

After their four years to get their shit together - The last surviving Great Khans would be relocated to reservations in the NCR after their surrender following the fall of the Dam.

The Followers would be rewarded for their aid through further protection of the organization physically and lawfully by the NCR.

The Enclave Remnants would be arrested regardless of their service done for the NCR at the Dam. The few proud Veterans would be declared innocent of any and all crimes however, and even employed in the NCR’s army. Orion Moreno however would be executed publicly after his trial - found guilty of staging attacks on NCR troops long past his service.

The Mojave Brotherhood of Steel would support the NCR at the dam, following however, their demand of once-was BoS power armor to be returned, would be too much. Fighting would break out on the homefront, in a battle over Helios One, the BoS would take the facility for only a week before being routed from Helios One, and following, Hidden Valley.

The Boomers would also aid the NCR in the victory over the Dam, the NCR consistently offered and asked for their joining of the greater Republic’s army, after consistent rejection, their land was declared as private property and they were allowed to live in peace by the NCR. If not out of respect, then out of fear of their aircraft.

And with all the players dealt with - the final fate of the most significant man in the Mojave, the Courier, was highly publicized - following the victory, he would be fully integrated into the NCR military, and even West Coast politics. However, after a publication on his origins from Montana - the Courier disappears off the face of the Earth. It’s believed he fled to the East Coast.

The stage is thus set, a brand new world.

A new age and time for heroes.

God knows one will come, Kingsman.
