Cause its a piece of crap community, the owner doesn't listen to the members of his community and ignores all suggestions no matter how much the community likes them, its CVR there is practically zero roleplay in that community I don't know why they have RP in their name, 2 rebels can easily take on the entire CP force and some of OTA with a Shotgun and OTA armour which is bitch easy to craft and is better than the armour OTA get normally.

There is a list of reasons. Mainly I give up on thinking the owner might listen to the community rather than adding only what he believes is beneficial to himself, rather than listing to the community's suggestions and actually trying to make the roles feel like Half life rather than a Roblox HLRP server.
