Mandate of Watchful Eyes
It is imperative that we work together to maintain safety and stability in our community, especially given the recent bombing and murder of collaborator Ron Goodfella. To that end, this Administration has enacted the Mandate of Watchful Eyes, requiring every citizen to form a watchful collaboration with another individual.
Each watch partner is responsible for keeping the other in line, reporting suspicious activity in their group and community to the proper authorities. This mandate will help to ensure that we have eyes and ears on every street and in every neighbourhood, deterring anti-civil activity and keeping our community safe from harm.
Watch Partners will be required to regularly communicate with each other and attend mandatory meetings to ensure that their collaboration is effective and informative. Any partner found to be neglecting their duties or engaging in anti-civil activity will face severe consequences. If you spot your watch partner committing anti-civil activities, report them at once for rewards.
Let us join together, hand in hand, and foster a stable and safe environment for our community. Together, we can overcome any challenge and build a bright future with eyes and ears open.
Failure to find a watch partner shall be met with swift and harsh repercussions.
