THE INDUSTRIAL AGREEMENT ACT

PREAMBLE
The Civil Unions and dozens of other organizations are the backbone of City Twenty-Four. Without their contributions, the very existence of our city would be uncertain. Moreover, these organizations will be even more vital in the coming months as the reconstruction of City Twenty-Four continues. If we wish for City Twenty-Four to once again become the crown jewel of Sector Ten, we must ensure that these organizations both have a voice and run smoothly.




ARTICLE I.
for the purpose of increasing organizational representation​

1. The Civil Workers' Union and the Civil Medical Union shall both [SELECT, APPOINT, ELECT] an official representative to the Security Council acting on behalf of the entire organization.
2. The Civil Unions, and any other state-ran organizations, are encouraged to draft [AGREEMENTS, CONTRACTS] and submit them to the Security Council for passage.

ARTICLE II.
for the purpose of preventing industrial sabotage

1. The Civil Workers' Union, the Civil Medical Union, or any other state-ran organization that intentionally partakes in [LABOR STRIKES, WORK STOPPAGES, WALKOUTS] shall be subject to immediate sanctions.
2. Any individual [PARTICIPATING, ORGANIZING] the aforementioned acts shall be subject to immediate [DEMOTION, DISMISSAL, IMPEACHMENT].

THIS ACT SHALL IMMEDIATELY TAKE EFFECT UPON PASSAGE
