So, rebels blow up the loyalist blocks. Big woop, right? WRONG! with the introduction of this suggestion, rebellious acts of sabotage will reduce the overall budget of City 24 by various amounts!

Just off the top of my head, CP installations and important industrial infrastructure like roads and tunnels should cause lots of damage, while housing blocks and ration distribution terminals provide limited amounts of economic damage. Bombing the civilian elements of the city should result in extra consequences for the rebellion, like raised BMD prices.

I dunno, add more people! What other ways can we make this economy arc work?

stop trying to make this economy arc work. It doesn’t. Half of the time city 13’s threat is unrecognized by the CCA / MCP.

Target actual infrastructure that would change the server rather than some .png graphic.

Target hydroponics facilities on expos: this will cease loyalists getting fruit in their rations.

Poison lake geneva: more food stricken from rations (salmon)

This will cause some loyalists to have to turn to buying from the slummers to stay alive. This will bring more rp and more good attention to rebelrp.

Burn oil fields, collapse coal mines, disable powergrids, destroy supplement factories so officers stop getting them.

Be creative with your rebellious actions!

Put these CT members to work!

It rlly isnt. Stop trying to be quirky humanitarians or spec ops semper fi marines. Just be radical humanists lmao. Be extreme. Ct’s love this

If there would be any 'economic impact' missions for rebels, the raids should make loot more accessible to rebels.
Being just a negator to CP / Civ RP barely leaves a noticeable impact.

radical humanists

Before the great liberation of Earth, he was a radical National-Socialist, but after a few years, he declared himself a "Humanist", going against our general society with a rebellious activity that was at first ignored. Alexander said defining Humanism is hard, and is not an "ideology" anyone can follow or keep up with a "Humanist" way of life. In the early 2010's he was transferred to Geneva, where he founded the Legion of Humanists, the first rebellious organization that embraced his ideas and wrote books about his anti-civil conceptions such as the "The Legion of Humanists and the Religious Spirit", "What is Communism", "Humanist Doctrine" and many others in the span of 7 years.

Im kind of with Zebra on this one, the Economy arc just feels really un-halflify.
Furthermore, currently the risk to effect of what would happen is.... not conductive of any risky action.

Is city 13 even a threat beyond being an opposing force politically

doing things other than shotcopping isn't strongly encouraged by staff at large besides attache missions

At best, more GM narrated 'warden' appearances would be appreciated where they steer and enable players to do meaningful actions that fit the narrative and roleplay since they manage what can be affected and are available to take into account innovative user input.

I remember one of these appearances where they arrived by train, set up a post with a shooting range, blackmarket dealer and a quest board. Their quest revolved around repairing the train, so there was a lot of easily accessible interaction (trading, quests, lore and the ability to try out guns to level up the shooting skill) which everyone who was present could take part in.

If it is only passive, being up to players to do the rp, then it mostly is limited to players claiming shotcops on CPs or on rebels surface area, inventories and auths in the restricted zones.

Wardens are dead and gone, there is an escalation planned in a couple of weeks but until recently Rebels havnt had the gear to do such things.
