We found some documents possessed by 10-91d (Suspected 10-96) lying about an old meat packing plant south of the Sterilized Production sector of District 22. No further disturbances, seemingly isolated. Multiple books, some produced under names such as 'Jean Locke' and 'Rip van winkle' Obvious pseudonyms, not worth further inquiry. Most present information seems to be exclusively propagated stories and incidents regarding the current state of the world. Rejection of Authority. Will Inquire. Update: Suspect was interrogated under C24:i3. Helix-4. Information revealed inconclusive but possible insight into propagating anti-civil group. Multiple documents suspected to have originated from common source. Other collaborating reports reveal widespread infection. Synonymous gives further credence to claims. Further investigation required. |

| Nachtigallen documents are rapidly making their way into hands of citizenry across the city. Multiple insights have led us to believe in an ongoing parasitic mutualism with a group known as The Wardens. Large anti-civil incursion with similar ideals to their own, as gathered from the documents examined by Overwatch. However, physical leads are so far vacant. The Nachtigallen themselves seem to be a distant threat, not interested in getting their hands dirty it seems. No active agents have been uncovered no whispers of interior cells revealed. Update: Thought we were onto something by examining where they may have gotten all that paper and parchment. Tried checking with active stores across the City, the best we could anyway. Surprisingly, it all checked out. Obviously plenty was missing all in all, and we found a few cases of foul-play, inconclusive and otherwise. None showed any signs of leading towards the Nachtigallen however. Dropping potential lead. |

| For the love of the benefactors above - stop making commits for every damned note you find. We get it, they make propaganda. We get it, we find it all over the damn place. They may be the most prolific in this little art of theirs but they are hardly an active threat and are keeping a massive distance between us. We are not going to find them - not like this. As we know, the Wardens are the most likely candidates for being their direct assistants, or more likely the other way around. So, focus on them. If we take them down, we maintain ourselves. Also, stop applying terminal verdicts for this stuff. I'm pretty sure some loyalists are sneaking it into peoples stores. Shoot them instead. |

| Interesting happenings going on from the seems of it. Citizen reported the same propaganda. Uninteresting. What was interesting was another possession they didn't report. A scalding report regarding our good friends 'The Wardens.' At first, I thought it was some BOE dribble, calling them savages and murderers, but it turns out it was under the exact same pseudonyms we have seen repeat across various papers and books. There is a possible rift forming between the groups judging off of this. Seems the Nachtigallen have recently discovered the more eccentric nature of their allies. Not sure what to do with this yet, but it was worth mentioning at least. |

| Seems I wasn't mistaken. The groups have fractured from what we can tell. District 4 had reports of 34s around the Northern run-off canals. Sweep team responded, made up of several units, but they arrived too late. Dead caravan however. Wagons and a boat stripped of many goods, but not all. They must have heard us coming the little bastards. Team was sent to investigate and they ended up engaged in a firefight with multiple Anti-citizens. Four Units deserviced, but they managed to eliminate all standing resistance. From our investigation the initial 34s and following conflict were between Nachtigallen and Wardens, guaranteed. Found some of our favorite books in the back of the wagons and the attackers, or defenders, or whatever the hell they were had the Warden standard on them as well. Prepare for capitalization when possible. Lets take this crack and turn it into a canyon. |

| Wardens have been deemed expired for all intents and purposes. Prisoners will have limited use regarding Warden positions and future inclinations. Seek additional information of the Nachtigallen. further insight deems them to be of a greater size than initially assumed. |

| The Nachtigallen are likely in possession of one of the largest arsenals within Sector 10...possibly even beyond. Wardens were using them as a storage facility, but no captured members have been able to provide a location that withstood investigation. Wherever it is, its far from the City. Scanners have been sent out on search patterns but have come up with nothing so far. Doesn't change the fact that this group has the arsenals of some four large resistance cells all to itself. This is likely why we never found much of the Wardens contraband. The Nachtigallen were holding it for them. |

| The Nachtigallen seem to be moving directly into the city now. We have marked a few BOL's and taken care of one suspected associate. They still seem mostly passive. No reports within flagged districts of attacks or active civil insurrection. Monitoring the general situation. |

| Tagged and bagged a posse of four anti-citizens wandering the restricted zones. Team went to investigate further and didn't come back. No biosignal loss, but rather a anonymity compromise. Suspected they have been captured and should be deemed nonfunctional. Further investigation has led to the notion that the Nachtigallen have revived many smuggling routes across the city, transforming them into a wider network of previously unused paths. Will be difficult to sniff them out as they seem to exchange routes often. Best we deal with this now, before it gets out of hand. |

| Mass reports of rebel movement within District 43 led us to investigate surrounding slums with a full task force. No targets acquired but they seemed pretty open about themselves. Heavy weaponry, rifles and the like. Even tried to show a horde of Civilians their hideout. Given what we know about these people, this isn't typical behavior. Further inquiry confirms they labeled themselves as the Nachtigallen. Found a suspected hideout, but it seemed entirely abandoned. No reason to assume further use... |
