SUGGESTION: Remove some of the forum ratings

Currently, there are 19 ratings available to the regular user.
I am of the humble opinion that we remove some of these, in interest of brevity, among other things.
I believe we should remove the following ratings because:

With perhaps the most controversial one first, CLOUD - Devalues all other ratings, making Cloud the only good rating, and making others 'bad' ratings. Furthermore, it can be replaced with the Winner rating.
SYMPATHY - Same emotion can be conveyed through the Friendly rating
BABY - Same as Dumb rating, but less usable
GOOD IDEA - Same as the Agree rating, essentially.
BAD SPELLING & BAD READING - Can be supplemented with a Dumb rating
CUTE - Not useful in enough scenarios to warrant its own rating
LUCKY & WOOP WOOP - Can be supplemented with a Winner rating, and scenarios aren't common enough to warrant its own special rating, like the Cute rating.
RADIOBOB & ANGRY RADIOBOB - Maybe reserve these for Atle.

Some of them I agree with - mostly the "Baby", "Sympathy" and the "Lucky" ones. Feel they don't have much use other than to fill spots.

For the rest I feel they have some use but then again it's just a simple click of a button to convey some form of emotion that's behind it.

I understand, however I feel many of these ratings are more-or-less contrived, and are just effectively, at best, "sub-ratings" of more broad, highly usable ratings.
