The Race for Production Act of 2019 is legislative policy seeking to better satisfy the growing demand for resources needed to aid in the efforts of expanding the store of supply and resources for construction and improvement efforts. If passed, this Legislation will aid in garnering a working relationship with the French as we counteract the destruction of District 43, and encourage a stronger cooperation with not only the French, but the Civil Workers Union and the CLC in tandem. In accordance with the efforts, we can safely calculate a 7% negative growth to our resource pool. With the increase in supply trains being redirected, we can bring our pool into a net positive by as high as 15%, allowing for greater construction projects and even improvement upon currently standing infrastructure. With improvements to factories, such as increasing their size, and obtaining better machinery to fulfil tasks, we can not only secure a better future for not just ourselves, but our Collective in the West, Sector 10 as a whole by distributing where necessary, collaborating with more cities. Currently, we expend a lot just maintaining our own hovel, particularly the railways outside of the Industrial complex from sabotage efforts from Fringe Elements. We cannot allow them to continue further, more resources allow for hardening of our important supply structures, on top of the sought-after improvements documented prior.
I. The redirection of a larger portion of logistical trains than usual. In our efforts to expand our outputs of various resources, as well as improve factory working conditions, on top of the sheer amount of storage we need just for ourselves, we require more resources than ever just to keep up with our own struggles within this Industrial sector we call a home. II. With The Race for Production Act, we can undergo a new era of life in Industrial 24, on TOP of the maximal priority of the efforts of bringing forward our Industrial efforts to expand influence to cover costs of improving the factories across the industrial sector. In this act brings the following benefits:
IIa. Greater resources to pull from for construction projects, from a net loss to a moderate net positive.
IIb. The ability to undertake expansionary measures, such as utilising the ruined buildings just outside of our walls, and fortifying them to make them, in essence, just as much a part of Industrial 24, and the new citizens and workers alike, who will come from at-capacity nearby Cities.
IIc. The expansion of factories allows for more of our civil populace to work at any one given time, which will have the side effect of increased socio-stability.
IId. Every citizen that partakes in the efforts of The Race for Production Act, until the conclusion of the efforts to upgrade and hopefully even exceed our expectation with this legislation, will be granted enhanced rewards from the usual Civil Workers Union grades, which, as a side effect, will increase more members of society that can partake in commerce, and further influence the economy for businesses ranging from the small to the large.
