To Phili' From Rikers
11/10/2019
Operation Halt-Hat was carried out, successfully, with no issues encountered. Warehouse 8, its production and place, are no longer. The blast, our team made, created a blow so big that salvage crews are estimated to be on site, for the next two weeks. Investigators know it was us, or someone close to us, as 'Point-Two' was raided within the day. No concern on that issue, however we're going to be needing more rationing for the up-coming Winter.11/10/2019
An estimated stock to keep 'everyone' fed, with the addition of components for the generators and heating units. The expansion forward, off Rikers has already been noted by security forces. The infestation zone saw several patrols yesterday, they're starting to gate off the area, New York's Police Force hasn't created a headache for us, and most likely won't during the winter, either. However, I can't make any promises, the number of razor's in for the last two weeks has increased by nearly double, we haven't got any intel, yet, as to what exactly is being delivered. However we're aware that its at a hardpoint, military gear? This was all before the operation even started, so we're probally putting a big dent in that. That is all
Signed,
Sergeant Major Schuman

Now known as Patriot, Andrew Schuman is an American-Born Resistance member whose affiliations with the 'Patriots' resistance group, located in North America but providing resistance equipment/aid to groups all around the globe, has deemed him the Anti-Citizen One of Cities: 16(Boston), 1 (New York), and 30 (Washington). He is wanted, for every crime under both City and Union prosecution. His picture, on posters, seen all around American cities. Newspapers, and communions, write articles on the hunt for him, daily, but he is out regardless...
He is there, now, but how did he get there? Well, as mentioned Andrew is American-Born, born 1978, January 19th, in Georgia; Andrew was a country boy, and then man, not going to University, and hell never even getting near a College, Andrew enlisted in the Marine Corp at the age of 18, serving through his 20's and not rising rank but getting the day's work done. He'd start a construction company, primarily building industrial structures, before he'd meet his wife and start a family. Everything was normal, he was practically the average American, your everyday person, before the...
Occupation and liberation which would see Andrew take arms against the invading, Universal Union, after being called up by United States, to fight off the invading forces, only to be re-called seven hours later. Most gave up, but Andrew didn't. Like some soldiers he saw the withdraw, and basically surrender of their country, as a betrayal to the common people by some figures who wanted to grab power. He'd fight on, and did so for many years. Being an enemy combatant to the Union, Andrew, and the family he took with him, would be on the constant run. Hopping from City to City, and State to State to avoid the fast growing annexation of America. It was Philadelphia , where he would finally stick. He'd know, after seeing the Patriot Outpost, that this was the new Capitol. Joining the Patriots, as soon as his family was taken care of, Andrew worked combat missions, operating in the same military structure he was used to beforehand, doing infestation patrols, wall clearing, and canal/smuggling route patrols Andrew rose up a bit, due to his past experiences showing to those above him.
It was after having spent years, in Phili' he'd move on combat missions, to other locations in North America. It'd place him, where he is at now. Riker's island. The outpost on the doorstep of American's /Combine/ Apple. A loyalist city, hosting the body of government and only Citadel in The Americas. He'd be under people still, but in-charge of operations. Doing so with his already mentioned 'Be On The Look Out Status'. He was amputate, on site, with no room for negotiations or pleading, not that he would even do any. 'Patriot' the name, came from his loyalty to the group, the swagger and confidence he walked with is what made people commonly mistake him for as the leader, he was a leader. But not the top dog, not the top dog, yet.
