[WELCOME, EMPLOYEE, TO THE SITE-19 DATABASE]
[PLEASE INPUT CREDENTIALS BELOW]

[
CREDENTIALS ACCEPTED]
[WELCOME,
SITE MANAGER DAVIDSON]

[SITE-19]
[An infamous site involved with numerous catastrophes in the past in relation to containment breaches and events similar. Site-19 currently holds upwards to 180 anomalies under SCP classification guarded deep beneath the underground mountains.]

[The history of the site has unfortunately been redacted by those in the upper echelon of the Administrative Department, the O5 Council included.]

[SCHEDULE]
[“Greetings, Site Manager. I, alongside the rest of the research team, wanted to update the schedule for the rest of the site in terms of tests that will be conducted around this morning all the way down to this evening. Earlier in the day we’ll have our usual tests with memetic anomalies, safe-class objects, etc. Later today, however, we will have multiple science teams in different areas of the site conducting various tests on various SCPs. Hopefully we’ll be able to come together and put forth a large report for you in the next week or so. If you have any questions or inquiries, don’t be afraid to contact us.”]

[“P.S The facility maintenance has been freaking out lately. They’ve reported to us that one of the SCPs (specially SCP-079) are causing electrical problems within the tech of the site. They wanted to let you know that you could expect frequent outages and door controls being busted for a little while, though everything should be back to normal around this
weekend.”]

[CLEARANCE SYSTEM]
[Level-0: Janitorial personnel, departmental interns, mostly newer staff or low paid maintenance workers. Access to documentation or SCPs is strictly forbidden.]

[Level-1: Members of a department, particularly lower ranking staff. Interaction with SCPs and documents are forbidden though somewhat lenient.]

[Level-2: Middle-ranking personnel in a department, more seasoned and experienced employees. Viewing of SCP documentation is allowed only to Safe and Euclid class anomalies, interaction with SCPs is to be kept to the science department.]

[Level-3: High ranking departmental staff. Self-explanatory.]

[Level-4: Assistant Directors of a designated department, lower level administration staff.]

[Level-5: Directors of a designated department, middle ranking administration staff.]

[Currently, the Site Director and O5 personnel will be kept to a harsh minimum and will most likely never be seen during the event outside of brief mentions in documentation’s and computer terminals.]

D-CLASS

Those convicted in death row would be given a second chance at life by working alongside the SCP Foundation for the next 6 months of their lives. Most of them have been setup to die since the moment they stepped foot in their cell for the first time, however… a miracle would happen that could potentially mean a third chance at escaping death once more.

FOUNDATION PERSONNEL
1667529477937.png1667529532749.png

Research staff, janitors, facility guards, etc. Many didn’t expect the Science Department’s testing a to go ary, resulting in their current predicament. Just like the D-Class, their objective is to escape and survive.

MOBILE TASK FORCE UNIT
“EPSILON-11”

Divided into two squads, that of which being “WHISKEY-12” and “MIKE-2”, their objective is to sweep the facility and contain any anomalies that managed to breach containment. Along with this, they have a side objective of shooting anything with an orange jumpsuit on it.

CHAOS INSURGENCY

The main hostile group currently rivaling the Foundation. They decided to take advantage of the breach with the intention of assisting D-Class escape the facility, along with upgrading their body counts against facility staff.

ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT

1667530267371.png
A department filled with Site-19’s bigwigs and suit wearing individuals often seen walking around the facility, either doing paperwork or talking important business with their colleagues. Most within this department are either Assistant Directors or Directors of a department in the site, those higher up the ranks being the managers of the site itself, such as the Site Manager and Site Director. Those who control this department in particular are the O5 Council, rarely ever seen outside of business meetings or important calls with other administrators.

Again, like the S.T.A.L.K.E.R one, I am baffled it took Willard this long.

WARNING: This will consist of pretty much everything that will happen in the event, this section is mostly toward Short Stories gamemasters to give them an insight on how the event will work. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SPOILED FOR THIS EVENT, DO NOT CLICK THE SPOILER!!!!

“THE WAY IT WORKS”

This event will span across three OOC days, each day divided into its own section or “chapter” of the event.

CHAPTER 1
- First day of the event, nothing of noteworthiness happens. This portion of the event will be dedicated to allowing players to familiarize themselves with the facility, form their characters, and form bonds/relationships with others before the real meat of the event begins in the next day.

- Throughout the day, obvious signs of something going wrong will occur within the background. Those with enough technical skill will know that this will mean impending doom if it is not fixed, resulting in maintenance having their own RP of trying to fix whatever’s going on with the facility.

- Tests will occur with certain anomalies present on-site. Whenever a test isn’t occurring, D-Class will often roam around in their own little “recess” area.

- Anyone killed in this part of the event, unless it’s truly vital to RP, will not receive a PK. It’ll be very dumb for a random security guard to slip, break his neck and be permanently killed off for the rest of the event.

- The Chaos Insurgency is able to establish insurgent spies within the ranks of Site-19, making for some pretty interesting plot twists when it’s realized that your favorite facility guard is actually a chaos insurgent. Though, insurgent spies will be kept to a minimum.

CHAPTER 2
- Several large tests conducted by several science teams occur. At first, these tests are usual and typical, though the tests are conducted on Euclid and Keter class anomalies.

- Before these events occur, the obvious technical problems plaguing the facility from the day before are becoming even more noticeable by everyone in the site. Overcharges in the facility power results in several power outages throughout the entire site, causing temporary blackouts, doors open and close without anyone opening or closing them, etc.

- These errors result in the door control system throughout each containment zone to be unlocked and opened, allowing for a major Euclid and Keter class containment breach.

- The rest of the event will consist of facility personnel and D-Class attempting to fight for their lives, gathering as many resources as they can in order to survive against the anomalies, even if it means using other anomalies against them.

- Nearing the end of the second day, the intercom is toggled on as a site-wide announcement is made. The Mobile Task Force Unit, “Nine-Tailed Fox”, has been dispatched to the facility as several troops make their way inside and establish several mini-outposts in order to establish control within the facility.

CHAPTER 3
- The final day and chapter allows D-Class, Foundation Personnel, and MTF forces to congregate around the surface.

- Multiple Euclid and Keter class SCPs have made their way topside at this point, resulting in the MTF diverting their attention away from D-Class and facility staff to combat these SCPs in an attempt to stop them from escaping.

- Around the middle of the event is where the Chaos Insurgency are officially introduced, many troops entering the facility and assisting D-Class to their escape, attempting to kill any facility staff that they come across. Hopefully there will be more RP involved so they don’t just start killing people willy nilly.

- The Chaos Insurgency is able to use a forged access device, enabling the nuclear warheads in an attempt to detonate it on the facility.

- This is where the event will have multiple differing endings, all of which are decided on how the event is handled by the playerbase. For example, if the MTF are able to easily combat the anomalies and successfully then off the nuke, they’re able to stomp the insurgency, contain any anomalies they come across, and things go back to normal.

Things can be switched around, changed, added, removed, etc. This is just a basic idea of what I envision for the event itself.
