I can see you're concerned. Currently whomever actually owns that was previously last active in 2018, video recording wise (from what I can see.) Detailed information on who owns it is limited since there's no public info visible. To point this out very quickly, said person would have needed to be the actual creator of this account to change it or someone gained access via sharing and not brute force.
It's a needle in a haystack to discover the person, but the main reason is probably either:
1. April Fools joke / meme in general / troll?
2. Someone's gotten bored and wants to get a dopamine rush for, as what CsBongos said, drama.
Nothing else I can do and Atle's super-focused on server devving and probs has physically no idea about the above concern.
