Willard Menu Remake

IMO, Willard boasts some of the best systems within the HL2RP community. However, I feel the menu interface could use a serious upgrade—it currently comes across as somewhat clunky and amateurish IMO. After getting a bit bored with it, I decided to design a menu myself

Please assume that the City 17 background is animated, I actually createted the menu as a video. However, I couldn’t figure out how to load video files directly into the Willard form, so that option wasn’t possible. The Willard Menu’s original soundtrack is meant to play continuously in the background for full effect.
