After recent events, it has become apparent to me that I need to make a visual representation on who can approve what.

We are a very open and transparent community which values the opinion of our members. However, a lot of complaints tend to just to go in one ear and out the other for various reasons. This mainly boils down to the issue of communication breakdown. Someone asks for a change, someone else agrees with said change, yet the people which are given the authority to approve and implement that change are not contacted. Someone important agreeing with your opinion does not mean anything will happen. We have a lot of stakeholders that oversees all the various aspects of our community, and they are the only people who can approve such a change. If no one can agree, then the server council can step in to resolve it once everyone that change affects has been contacted and their opinions have been heard.
