Hello all,

I feel as though I've merely been banned for association here without actually breaking any rules. There was some people of whom I was around that were possibly breaking some rules however I was simply standing and observing therefore breaking no rules whatsoever. I joined the discord after of which the banning admin was in and he simply said that because I was standing and watching it meant I was not roleplaying and had no intent to, but if this is the case then surely every person standing on the main street that aren't doing anything should also be banned by that logic.

To describe the situation I was apart of a group that were all in the nexus building. I was at the back of the group simply watching. The others were at the Nexus door hurling abuse at the CPs inside. When they opened the door one of them ran inside and proceeded to run around, again I was simply watching from the back the whole time. Once they had taken the person who had ran inside I decided to leave however the district itself was blocked off so I couldn't actually leave. Upon realizing that the area was blocked I headed back to the Nexus (considering I literally couldn't go anywhere else) to find another person of the group had also managed to get behind the barrier within the Nexus. Again I simply stood and watched and did not partake in any of this. A few moments later I was randomly banned.

Overall I feel this ban to be completely unjust and unfair.

Hello, I was in attendance and took a ticket for some players reportedly randomly inviting people to an in game group and minging around in the Nexus. @Swoots was the CP dealing with a female character called Lily who was apart of the group "DDR", a group you were apart of at the time of the bans.

It may be the case you were lumped in with the crowd, and whilst it wont be me dealing with your ban, we checked the other members and discovered that all members of DDR were freshly registered as of the 12th of June 2024, I.E: Today. other than yourself who made a return today after over a year of inactivity. Which lead @Rabithunter to the bans for the minging behaviour as, in my opinion it seemed a bit suspicious that that many players were all here on the same day within the same group, partaking in a NITRP mindset, but that's just my two cents, good luck on the appeal!

Didn't want to give false hope, so it's best to stay neutral in these and give my account rather than my opinion on whether you should or shouldn't be unbanned, as stated, not my call. That's the end of what I need to say.

I have evaluated the situation as whole, it looks like you were indeed a bystander caught in swarm of the main group which turned out the be the main issue, this was confirmed by various members of the Administrative Team who spectated the incident.

I am going to lift your ban and offer you a warm welcome back in the community after your long year break, however I am going to be very direct towards you: The Roleplay standards changed quite a lot since you have left a year ago, we have high expectations of players who interact in our community, however I'll give you a week to fix your roleplay standards to be up to date with the rest of the community, should you fail to do so you'll be likely banned from the Community.

With that being said this appeal is accepted.
