___ THIS THREAD IS TO BE USED FOR SUGGESTIONS ABOUT POTENTIAL ITEMS, GEAR, WEAPONS, AND ARMOR FOR WILLARD VERSION 1.1 ___
So, from what I've seen. Armor is mostly an IC affair which is why I propose the creation of various armor scripts for use by the likes of Civil Protection or Resistance Elements. Based off the basic NIJ Armor list, instead of having to !armor people every now and then. For example, I remember someone strapping a freezer door on their body to act as some sort of breastplate. And then having to !armor it over and over again every-time they rejoined the server. This isn't conducive, as I would like to have administration be mostly hands off in regards to players and their gear.
Here, I'll have a format that should look like this
# [ Number of Suggestions] <- This is the start to every line. So this and everything below it is just one suggestion

Description:
Essentially, what I would like to see are items for the various types and variants of armor that would be issued to Civil Protection, Overwatch Transhuman Arm, and potentially High Level Loyalists or CA's and perhaps improvised armors used by the Rebels. I'll start at the very bottom, in regards to least amount of protection to the Highest.
Soft Body Armors
Typically made of Kevlar or Aramid. Light and Flexible, and allows for higher mobility than Hard Plates.
Type I Kevlar
OOCly Description:
Essentially is just a anti-stab vest. Rated to reduce the ability of stabbing weapons, such as knives or blades to cut through, though is completely inferior to Chainmail or Plate Armor. Rated only to stop small caliber rimfire cartridges such as 22. LR. It is completely useless against anything bigger than this however. CA's or High Level Loyalists should be able to acquire this armor at a cost of 1000 Credits each.
The Tarbank Armor Model in the Aforementioned Pack will work nicely for this Armor
IC Item Description:
"A Level 1 Kevlar Vest, Cheaply made, and not very durable. But will provide a decent amount of protection from stabbing weapons. There is a UNION. Label written across the front in black print"
+20 Armor
Type II Kevlar
OOCly Description:
A Midrage Vest designed for mostly conventional handgun calibers such as 45. ACP, or 9MM Parabellum. Still a soft vest, but a bit thicker than the conventional Level 1 armor. It would typically be issued to Lower Ranking Beat Cops. Such as 25s.
The PACA Armor from the pack would make the most sense
IC Item Description:
"A decently made Level 2 Soft Armor. Looks like it was made for Law Enforcement use, and bears the stereotypical Union Seal on the inside collar portion. It's lightweight, and seems to offer a good amount of protection from Pistol Rounds."
+30 Armor
Type IIIA Kevlar
OOCly Description:
A Conventional Armor used by all sorts of people in the Civilian World. Typically the "All Rounder" in armor protection, not too heavy and with decent protection. IRL, 3A is a Soft Armor and is capable of stopping most Handgun Rounds such as 45 ACP, 9MM, 40 S&W, and 357 Magnum. Bigger handgun rounds such as 50.AE or 500 S&W can be stopped, but it would only work once. This should be standard for all CP's above Rank 50 to 75.
Kirasa Armor from the Pack would make the most sense here
IC Item Description
"A Well Made, Civil Protection issue vest for standard policing duties. Durable, and made with good materials. This vest could be considered the best mid-rage quality armor there is. All but immune to conventional pistol calibers. Not too light, and not too heavy. This armor is the Jack-Of-All Trades of body armor."
+50 Armor
Hard Body Armor
Typically made of Ceramic or hardened steel of AR500 grade. It is heavy and slow, not to mention expensive. But it would offer the most protection.
Type III Plate Armor
OOCly Description:
The first grade of hardened steel ballistic armor typically used by SWAT teams or Policing Agencies. Considered to be rather cumbersome and unwieldy, but offers great protection against Midrange Cartridges such as 5.56 NATO or 6.5 Millimetre. And a degree of resistance to full size rifle rounds such as 308, or 30-06. This armor should only be issued to Rank Leaders, and Overwatch Soldiers. Or for Civil Protection Troops on a Sweep.
The Zhuck Armor from the pack would make the most sense here.
IC Item Description
"A Heavy-set, Expensive sort of armor. Made of reinforced steel plates with a spall liner, this armor is the be-all-to-end all for most Conventional Militaries around the world. It's protection is formidable, and has the weight and heft to make it so. This set is typically seen on Higher Ranking Members of the Universal Union's forces."
+100 Armor
Type IV Ceramic Composite Armor
OOCly Description:
The latest in Armor protective designs. Type IV armor is made of a Ceramic Composite Material that can stop 308 AP rounds, and even a shot from 50. Browning Machine Gun. This armor offers /immense/ protection, but is the heaviest out of the lot and is extremely uncomfortable to wear. This armor should /only/ be issued to Overwatch Elite Soldiers, or more Specialized Combine Units such as Wallhammers or Suppressors.
The IOTV Gen IV Armor Would make the most sense here
ICly Description:
"A Type IV vest, Made of Ceramic and obviously made with high standards and longevity in mind. This armor is commonly seen in Elite Overwatch Forces, and is to be considered extremely rare to find outside of Military Remnants and the Transhuman Armed Forces. This is like wearing a tank on your body, and weights just as much too."
