Implemented Thread 'Have the standard Civilian Jumpsuit provide information when worn'

We can assume the reason citizens wear jumpsuits in the Half Life universe is likely for the purpose of providing quick and easily identifiable information for enforcement teams to examine. Evidenced by the white bars on both the suits front and back.


So, It would be a very cool feature to have jumpsuits give those wearing them a permanently applied F3 status for everyone for as long as it remains equipped within the clothing slot.

As of now the jumpsuits don't need to be worn to show your name. They seem to display your name to others even while on your inventory, (tested this with two players) and the F3 Remains even after you dropped the jumpsuits.
It would be nice if the name only displayed when you wear the Torso piece as it's where the nametag would be if it were to make sense and when removing the piece (unequip) you wouldn't be F3'd anymore.
