One of my characters on willard lost her full inventory

My character Laura Maxwell does not have glasses anymore idk why. And also everything in the Inventory is gone. I cannot give a screenshot sadly because my lenovo does not want to run willard. however i can play willard on my maccbook so uhh yea

Everybody's inventory has been reset as part of our economy wipe coming into Terminal 7, after suffering an emergency evacuation from City 8.

It's been a while since you've last played.
I do apologize for the inconvenience, however it's for the well-being of the server we've decided to come to this conclusion.

This decision did not come lightly and was thoroughly discussed by members of staff, the server council and management. We believed it to be in the server's best interest to do this wipe so that we can start everybody on the same even grounds going forward, which will help us thoroughly in keeping a good economy balance.

Glasses can be obtained through the clinic via a prescription, and the ID can be gained through seeking a member of Civil Protection, both ICly.
