Fixed Bloke trousers block cigarette [legs_civilian_bloke]

When wearing the item Bloke trousers[legs_civilian_bloke] you are simply unable to place a cigarette in your mouth

Normal Cigarette pop up [before you ask it has nothing to do with the outline being yellow]

Bloke was strictly against tobacco and tobacco products. This is why.

This is not true, I constantly wear bloke trousers and never had this issue before...

I've found it impossible to replicate the bug.

I tried just now with high heels, but it seems to still work fine.

appears my character is cursed... it randomly switches requirments but it does the following

- you have to wear bloke pants or heels to smoke
- You cannot wear bloke pants or heels to smoke

Might be something to do with bodygroups? Like if for example you are exceeding the amount of bgs a character can have.
Although I'm not sure if cigarettes are done through PAC3.
