The Ascensionist Movement
Ideology: Maximalist Ascensionism
“Would we model ourselves on the trilobite?”
In accordance with the continued stability of City 24 and its loyal citizens within its environs, an ideology and Party catered to those who wish to protect and uphold the values brought to us by Our Benefactors, through the tireless effort of Administrator Wallace Breen, is required.
Ascension is a sorely misunderstood topic within loyalism. It is the finality of our cooperation with Our Benefactors. The eventual outcome is that of physical liberation from planet Earth. As such, the colonizing force of Our Benefactors graciously bestows upon us the title they held over us. We become the coloniser.
The current social fabric has been weakened by liberal reformists. We must uproot the agitators, defective loyalists and anarchists that plot against our city and its people.

Ensuring Human Excellence.
-Total and complete rollback of Biotic civil rights. Ensuring Human Excellence.
-Remove all Biotics from the Security Council.
-Ban Biotic creatures from positions within the City Administration and CCR.
-Remove Biotics from management positions in all Unions and Departments.
-Ban Biotics from the Information Sanitation Department.
-The shameful attempts to protect these creatures by those in Administrative positions are treasonous; we must now fight them at every point.

Root Out The Defective Loyalists.
-Continuous and unrelenting Party scrutiny and surveillance against those who wear a Collaborator + armband. -Complete removal of lazy and inactive loyalists.
-Stricter auditing measures against incoming Party members.
-Implement anti-corruption legislation to prevent Department or Union exploitation of the promotion system.

Crushing The Anti-Citizens.
-Total embargo on the slums. Close all entry points. -Consistent and targeted bombing on the slums whenever there is an attack on our city infrastructure.
-Increase usage of checkpoints to combat smuggling.
-Usage of effective counter-information in select areas.
-Humiliation of captured leaders on broadcast.
-Public hangings of prominent leaders.

Elimination Of The Liberals.
-Every member of the Collaborators Party who cooperated with the illegal Rajko Administration are counter-collaborationist traitors and deserve death. -Effective counter-information of liberal groups and members.
-Public condemnation and humiliation of liberals as counter-collaborationists and traitors.
-The loyalists of old have betrayed us; their actions have totally dirtied the name of Administrator Breen. They deserve nothing but persecution and death.

-In cooperation with MCP-affiliated personnel, host loyalist teachings to the local populace. -Consistent broadcasts of media through the tele-screens. Specifically, Administrative officials.
-Heavier punishments distributed to those who intend to knowingly fracture the social fabric.
-The party is the bearer of the word of Administrator Breen, increase party events and ensure it is visible in all aspects of life.
-Increased use of new posters throughout the city.
-Public targeted campaigns against loyalists that fail or break the social fabric.

-City 24 is the jewel of Sector Ten; we should act as such and not bow to the potential influence of adversaries.-Rapid redevelopment of the outer perimeters of our city.
-Utilise the Genevan Guard to its full use, have them accompany VET expeditions to ensure security. We must be utterly ruthless if we intend to conquer the East.
-City 24 is the beacon of loyalty; the issues of other cities need not concern us unless it is an insurgent uprising. To meddle in other cities is counterproductive.

Fracturing The Status Quo.
-We are presented with the opportunity to finally break a very convenient status quo.-The Ascensionist Movement should bring its policies and principles to fruition when it gains power.
-The Ascensionist Movement will stop at nothing to ensure its people, its members, thoughts and ideas are firmly planted into the Administration.
-The Ascensionist Movement can only do this by obtaining political power in the Administrative structure. We mustn't compromise on this. We are not a militia but an organised political movement.

The Enlightened Revolution.
-City 24 requires revolutionary teaching through Our Benefactors' principles.
-This will mean a total rethinking of our prior thoughts, the elimination of long-held beliefs.
-Challenging the social norms and prior rules of the system. We have let bureaucracy hold this city back for too long.
-We require our previously held theory to be condemned as counter-revolutionary propaganda.
-As a city, we dismantle the old institutions that hold us back. City 24 must not be chained by the status quo.
-Counter-revolutionaries are purged from public life, their books are scorched, their businesses are shuttered, and their friends and family are also treated as outcasts.
