Bug Lost all equipment

Hello Guys, I Lost all my equipment.
Have no Idea why and how, but the moment I came back after deployment (IRL) I found myself without anything not even Equipped stuff but My Char shows my equipped clothing in third person.


Do I have to do a bug report here or a refund?
I have a few pics that are older and before my deployment.

When was the last time your character played on the server?
When we made the map switch to Terminal 7, from C8, it was decided that the server would go through a "soft reset". As such, all items, credits, chips etc were deleted from the database. Characters and their IC relationships remained intact and were unchanged.

That might be the cause of the issue.

My char still has the clothing on (Thirdperson) without having any equipped

This is a normal thing since your model remembers what you last wore when everyone gets a reset.

Join the server and make a ticket asking for your bodygroups to be reset and be provided with a CID
