Heya fellas, I was told to make this complaint on the forums I didn't really feel like making it at first but it does feel like it is needed. I am making this complaint to publicly denounce and request someone to do something about Ozzekiel's (CP FL) Bad Faith.
In my personal experience with him I had two occasions in which there were acts of bad faith:
-1. This is a less recent one, didn't want to make a complaint about that but I will include it: One of my characters was unfairly PKd, luckly I had made a pretty solid PK appeal and I was uncharbanned, however it didn't sit right with Ozzekiel, teleporting my character inside a cell for 2 hours straight even though the PK Manager had overruled the appeal, simply because in his opinion the PK was valid, I even had to drag Genny alongside this because she was involved, draining the both of us during that situation, I had to speak with @Cengiz as well to have me return to roleplay instead of sitting in a cell for another hour straight.

-2. On the second occasion, just yesterday, a criminal report was submitted for an armed guy in the slums, as a normal response the Civil Protection was mobilized to sweep and look for this guy, which they ended up doing, inside the Crew Access base, nothing wrong with this, until the guy who authorized the sweep (who wasn't aware of the ruling) was told by Ozzekiel to absolutely total the base, and scavenge all the containers, which is not allowed by rules:
"2.0 - Base Raid Rules for Combine Forces (Sweeps)
-- Civil Protection and Overwatch can enter regular bases during sweeps in order to search for the target of said sweep.
---- While entering bases in this manner, they cannot touch workbenches or containers.
------ Exception being if a player is seen actively using one of these."
I tried to PM Ozzekiel about this, hoping he'd at least see his own mistake, however he decided to make up his own rule, saying this
Adding later that he would've contested the refund appeal.
Now, I am not trying to be an ass over two incidents but I was told that it's not the first time that this individual gets to his head that he can do anything he wants with the faction he manages, even making up his own ruling and disregard the enjoyment of all other individuals besides his own.
I don't feel like a Faction Leader, who should set an example for all the members of his faction, should be acting in such ways.
