Denied Rebel posters

Start adding skins for the poster prop specifically for slummer and rebel propaganda. Currently, there's several actors who are trying to spread word against the Combine through posters. I doubt that it's too hard, especially considering that there's a good number of unused skins at the moment.

You could argue that panels work, but they often times have either scaling or lighting issues that make them look questionable at best.

currently actively making posters, and I know some exist but aren't in the content pack. It'd be good to have them as items instead of panels.

Not really. The suggestion is asking for skins to be added to the content poster prop. Although the better option would just be to add a separate one for Rebel propaganda (something akin to the Portrait prop, which has its own skins).
