Main Point Of Thread Ignored (Clear Bias Shown)

My previous thread was not just a comparison of how two different things went down, there's no context that makes what Genny said right.

My thread was about the staff very clearly coddling her, locking threads about her almost immediately after they're made. Deleting profile posts that speak out about it, and closing my thread that's most about her conduct with "Well, you know staff can seem kind of inconsistent without full context" even though I saw the full context of all of these actions. I refuse to have my thread be closed and swept under the rug because I'm bringing up matters that have been "reviewed and resolved". Clearly it hasn't been reviewed or resolved, because the clear bias and protections she gets hasn't been addressed in the slightest.

I haven't insulted anyone, I haven't done anything actually wrong. These threads will continue as long as someone like Genny is still in power at all. I witnessed the acts of Neonity and Sachimii first hand, and this situation and the protection of Genny eerily echoes the situation of those two.

I won't be silenced, and I will be heard. The more threads that are 'resolved' while nothing actually changes, the more threads you get calling out for change.

I made an entire thread about how staff are protecting someone, and not even five minutes into it's existence it get locked for review. If that doesn't show clear bias, I have no idea what else does. Even The thread about Rad-X stayed up for longer, and had actual discourse instead of immediately locking it.

This entire display from the various heads of Willard staff is sad.

Well, I wasn't able to contribute to the second thread as it was locked, so I said my piece in my own thread. That thread got instantly locked, making it so no discourse could be had at all. At this point in time, I am simply using the resources I know I can use as a player to get this very clear issue to actually be talked about, rather than insta-locked behind a staff note saying they are dealing with it.

If you can't even use a thread to have discourse, what is the point of having a thread at all? Cause right now, it simply looks like staff are doing all they can to protect this one person, locking any thread about her and deleting any profile post speaking out on her.
 
Oh, forgot to add. You all are turning the whole complaint thread about Genny situation into a fucking witch hunt as if she was a woman who understood math more than the men in mid 1400s and decided to start a fucking fire with a cross on it and nail Genny to it.

All of you are a fucking joke.

Most of you are grown ass men, act like it, not like a 12 year old who just had their monster truck toy broken by some other kid on the playground.

Bro we tried acting like grown men and get our threads locked down. Right now, it seems like you're coming to the defense of your friend. If you haven't even been playing Willard, then you don't have any of the context. You just showed up, read the threads and decided you knew all., and we actually have no real reason to be complaining.

Get real, brother. Cause this thread is moreso about the staff than Genny. So instead of insulting people for a game you don't even play anymore, how about you just go back to not playing it?

Okay, that was harsh, but you get what I'm saying. I offered to be in the shit with ya, and y'all denied my application to help. This is the best way I know how to help, since I know DMing back and forth isn't going to lead to much.

I just want to help, I just want to see Willard be good, and I am actively seeing it stumble into old habits from two+ years ago.

Sounds a lot like what a whiny kid would say. Besides the shittalk, did you even see how Genny acts on Discord? There's a reason why this "witchunt" as you call it is going on.

To us it rather shows that you don't know how to behave yourself within the Community. As you were banned before for the reason that you can not accept an Administrator decision making. It would be a poor choice to recruit someone like yourself into the Moderation Team who doesnt have basic communication skills and is very emotional.

I mean, you recruited people like Genny into the PK Team.

Talk about lacking basic communication skills, you left my moderator application on pending for a week and a half waiting for an interview, then just decided to forget the interview and deny me completely. Not exactly a beacon of 'basic communication skills'. Also, you're very clearly insulting me here, and that conduct seems like rather inappropriate behavior as said by @MazuzaM.

Don't bring up being salty over apps unless you have screenshots and have a real issue. Now it seems like you are just upset over not being staff.

I do understand that point, but this was mostly in response to himself talking about my communication skills. If the issue is lack of proof, I can grab some, but I felt the inclusion of a screenshot would feel even more petty. If you genuinely think I should post of screenshot of this, I will.
